• Order Cancellation: To cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, email service@culinarynook.co.uk with your order number and details. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued within two business days.

If you wish to cancel after shipment, a recall fee from the logistics company will apply. Contact us to stop delivery, and once we receive the item, your refund will be processed minus the recall fee within 3-5 business days.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices on our website are in GBP and include VAT, exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated and added at checkout.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they don’t meet your expectations. Returns must include all original contents and packaging; otherwise, refunds may not be granted.

Non-Quality Related Returns

1. For non-quality returns, applicable charges will be deducted from your refund. Email us to initiate the process and learn about return costs.
2. You can return items yourself without a fee; just contact us beforehand.
3. A £15 repackaging fee will apply if the original packaging is lost. Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item.
